Lifetime Limited Warranty

Clearly Innovative Glass Chairmats are warranted to be free from defects for the life of the product. KBJ Enterprises LLC will at its sole option, repair or replace any mat, except for scratching, which fails in its normal use as it is intended to be used. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer provided that the customer shall be responsible for any shipping and transportation costs, and if warranty is claimed by an authorized product reseller, KBJ Enterprises LLC reserves the option of replacing any defective product as part of a future shipment of mats to reseller.

This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, using chairs with metal casters, contact with metal furniture legs, used not as intended, accident, or unauthorized alterations. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser at the original shipped location. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory, or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from State to State.

In no event shall KBJ Enterprises LLC be liable for any incidental, special, or indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product. Some States do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

KBJ Enterprises LLC retains the right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. The entire liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective product.
